[Virtual] Virtual Open House for our District 13 Residency Program

On Thursday, December 9, 2021 at 6:00 P.M. EST, we will be holding a virtual open house for our District 13 Residency Program in Childhood General & Special Education.  This program starts in the Summer 2 2022 term.

Bank Street’s District 13 Residency in Childhood Special and General Education is a two-year on-campus program that prepares students to be equity-minded educators in diverse settings. The program is designed for prospective teachers who are interested in working with students in general and special education programs in grades 1 through 6. This will allow residents to work alongside and learn from experienced teachers, administration, staff, and families in District 13 (Brooklyn).

In the first year of the program, students will have a full-time residency in a NYC District 13 (Brooklyn)
public school and will earn $20,000. All residency cohort members have reduced tuition, as well. 

At this open house, you will meet with the Program Director and Interim Director of Graduate Admissions.
